Agendas are published by 5.00 pm Friday the week prior to the meeting. A limited number of hard copies of the agenda are available at each meeting and can be collected from the desk near the entrance to the Council Chambers. Alternatively, a copy of the agenda can be viewed at the library, located at the Town Hall Centre, 8 William Street, Fremantle. Electronic copies are available on this page.
The City of Fremantle is required under the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996 to publish minutes within ten working days following the Council meeting and five working days following the standing committee meetings. Electronic copies are available on this page.

The strategic long range agenda provides information about matters of strategic importance that will be discussed by council at either an ordinary council meeting or a briefing session/workshop (referred to as an informal meeting) in the months ahead.
This agenda provides an indication of the matters on the forward agenda and the expected timing of the considerations by council. Members of the public may download a copy of the agenda to stay informed of coming matters and look for opportunities to provide input into the decision making as appropriate.
