Scheme Amendment No 49 - City Centre strategic sites - Closed 07/12/2011
Twelve key sites in the eastern area of the City Centre zone, focused around Queen Street between the Railway Station and Kings Square, have been identified by the City as capable of supporting redevelopment of an intensity and scale that would make a significant contribution to achieving the strategic imperatives of the Fremantle Strategic Plan 2010–2015.

Cultural development strategy 2011–2014 - Closed 21/04/2011
The cultural development strategy was presented to council in June 2011 and adopted with some amendments. Closed 21 April 2011.

Scheme amendment 41 - Rezoning of four properties along South Terrace - Closed 07/03/2011
The amendment was adopted for final approval at an ordinary meeting of the City of Fremantle Council on the 23 March 2011. The scheme amendment is currently awaiting final determination with the Western Australian Planning Commission.

Southern Transit Corridor - Closed 08/12/2010
The City is now working with neighbouring councils regarding a possible shared project to develop a regional transit network.
