My property has just been constructed, how do I get my bins?
You will need to fill in application for 240 litre bin – fees apply. Our waste management team will then deliver a recycling and green top bin to you. Contact our waste management team on 9432 9999.
If you would like to change your 240 litre recycling bin for a 360 litre bin for an additional fee, you will need to fill in an application to change 240 litre recycling bin to 360 litre recycling bin.
Does council have compost bins for sale?
The City of Fremantle sells compost bins and green cones. You will need to fill in an application_for_home_compost_bin and application_for_a_green_cone . Worm farms are also available, application_for_a_worm_factory. Contact our waste management team on 9432 9999.

Where can I get a tip pass?
The City of Fremantle does not have a tip. The City of Cockburn tip site is available for your use. Fees apply. Contact the City of Cockburn on 08 9411 3444 or visit the City of Cockburn website.
I cannot get to the tip, where can I get rid of some large rubbish?
The City of Fremantle places bulk bins at the depot site in Knutsford Street, Fremantle four weekends per year. All dates are included on the waste management calendar sent to residents. Contact our waste management team on 9432 9999.

The City of Fremantle has a free printer cartridge and battery recycling service which is located at the City's Service and Information area.
