Development assessment panels
Development assessment panels came into effect on 1 July 2011 as per Planning and Development (Development assessment panel) Regulations 2011.
Please contact the City on 08 9432 9999 to arrange a consultation meeting with a senior planning officer to discuss the submission requirements for your Development Assessment Panel (DAP) application. If available, please bring at least one copy of all documents that will be lodged with the complete DAP application. The City will arrange a second meeting to confirm that all the required information is submitted with your DAP application, and proceed with lodgement.
Current development assessment panel applications
The City of Fremantle has recently received a Development Assessment Panel (DAP) application for planning approval for the proposed development below. The City will also be holding a community information session Thursday 2 May 2013 between 5.30 and 6.30 pm, in the reception room, 8 William Street, Fremantle.
