The Cities of Fremantle and Cockburn have teamed up for what will be the largest Australia Day fireworks display ever launched off the Western Australian coastline.

As a result of the collaboration of resources between Fremantle and Cockburn, the fireworks display will be noticeably more intensive and creative than previous years.

Simulcast on Radio 6IX from 7.30 pm, the skyshow begins at 8 pm on Australia Day, 26 January. More spectacular and creative than ever before, the fireworks display will be launched 300 m off Bathers Bay. Tune into 6IX 1080AM or 405.7FM.

Fremantle Mayor Dr Brad Pettitt and Cockburn Mayor Logan Howlett are urging all residents to come together for this family friendly event to help celebrate what makes Australia great.
