City services for the elderly and disabled
Fremantle Community Care (FCC) provides assistance to frail aged and people with a disability to maximise well-being, support and independence. Services include Freo Connections (helping people with intellectual disabilities to engage in the community), Freo Club (a place for people with disabilities to meet in a recreational environment) and podiatry.
The FCC also runs the Dial–a–Ride transport service and currently has places available for HACC (Home and Community Care) eligible people seeking to beat the heat or avoid the rain.
FCC is located at Shop 11, Queensgate Complex 10 William Street (next to the Myer building). Click here for more information on the services.
