A low impact cardiovascular workout simultaneously incorporating sculpting exercises using small hand held weights.
Bodymax
Body weight training incorporating exercises that do not require equipment but develop strength using your own body's weight.
Qigong
Similar to Tai Chi, incorporating dynamic and flowing sequences to increase strength and flexibility, and improving balance and circulation.
Yoga
Hatha Yoga style yoga improves flexibility, tones muscles and relaxes the mind and body through various poses and breathing techniques. Bring a blanket with you.
Pilates
Focusing on core postural muscles keeping the body balanced, supple and strong.
Fit beyond 50
Classes are designed specifically to meet the fitness needs of over 55s.
