Classic Cardio

An old fashioned workout designed to get your heart beating with a combination of hi-low moves and step.

Boxfit

Stimulate every part of your body with boxing, kicking and resistance work. Boxing gloves and focus mitts are used.

Ezymoves

An overall fitness circuit based classes for older adults.

Core to the Max (30 minutes)

Challenge those abs.

Fitball

Develop overall strength and enhance your balance using a fitball.

Power pump

A weight training class emphasising proper technique and form. Develop a strong and lean body using easily adjustable barbells.

Cardio scuplt

A low impact cardiovascular workout simultaneously incorporating sculpting exercises using small hand held weights.

Konga

A wild mix of boxing, dance and Pilates to shape, scuplt and redefine your body and burn calories due to the sustained, high intensity nature of the workout.

Bodymax (30 minutes)

Develop strength, power and agility using only your own body weight.

Qi Gong

Uses dynamic and flowing sequences to increase strength and flexibility as well as improve balance and circulation. Similar to Tai Chi.

Spirals

Combines the elements of Yoga, Pilates, fitness and dance in flowing and graceful sequences.

Yoga

Hatha Yoga style yoga improves flexibility, tones muscles and relaxes the mind and body through various poses and breathing techniques.

Pilates

Focusing on core postural muscles keeping the body balanced, supple and strong.

Fit beyond 50 (FB50)

Classes are designed specifically for older adults 50+ years.

Zumba

This Latin inspired, easy to follow, calorie burning, feel it to the core fitness party.

Zumba Gold

Zumba moves designed with the active older adult and beginner in mind.
