A planned closure of the Fremantle train line will take place on July 4, 5 and 6 - between Daglish and Fremantle - to allow for works on the Karrakatta underpass.
This includes the addition of two new railway bridge spans and associated rail infrastructure works. Replacement buses will operate between Daglish and Fremantle during the closure.
The last Fremantle Line trains to depart on Friday, July 4, will be:
* to Fremantle, departing Perth at 7pm.
* to Perth, departing Fremantle at 7.31pm.
Fremantle Line services will resume from the start of timetabled services on Monday, July 7.
Train replacement bus service 906 will pick up commuters between Daglish and Fremantle at the train replacement stops near train stations while services are cancelled. Normal train services will operate between Perth and Daglish Stations.
Passengers should allow extra travelling time and be aware that train replacement buses may not connect with other normal bus and train services.
