The City requires dwellings which provide accommodation for a maximum of six occupants for a minimum of 2 nights but no more than three consecutive months must be registered.

Should you wish to open a lodging house, you must ensure you obtain the appropriate planning and building approvals, as well as completing an application to register a lodging house.
