Christmas message

All staff and elected members at the City of Fremantle wish you a happy and safe Christmas break.

It has been a memorable year full of many highlights and milestones during this exciting period of change for the port city.

We have the most passionate community members and we look forward to a great 2019.

Have a brilliant Christmas and see you next year!

What to see and do

Whether it’s a Christmas gift or things to see or do over the break, you’ll find them in Freo:

Two women smiling and looking at a jacket.Searching for that Chrissie gift?

Freo offers WA’s best open air shopping experience and there’s plenty of time to browse through a variety of stores to find that Christmas gift with a difference.

Wander through Market Street, West End, Kings Square, South Fremantle and Wray Avenue Precinct for that quirky gift.

Stress less and make a day of it – do your Christmas shopping and then unwind at any one of the many cafés, restaurants or bars.

You can even give yourself a gameplan by downloading the new Fremantle map highlighting key shopping areas in the city, the best places to park, toilets, things to do and places to grab a bite to eat or have a drink.
