Overview
The City of Fremantle Community Grants support programs and activities that address a specific need or provide a benefit to the Fremantle community.
Applications for community focused projects and initiatives that meet the following objectives will be considered for funding:
- Deliver inclusive responses to meet the needs of people at risk of experiencing social isolation in the community.
- Enable and encourage active participation in the community.
- Seek to align with key strategic priority areas as outlined in the City's focused Actions Plans, such as the:
- Access and Inclusion Plan
- Walyalup Reconciliation Action Plan
- Age Friendly Pan

How to apply
When the grant round opens (1 September or 1 March), the round will appear on the City's Smarty Grants portal where applications can be submitted.
Interested applicants should refer to the Community Grant guidelines to determine their eligibility, assessment criteria and information on how to apply.
