Room hire

The Meeting Place offers comfortable, affordable rooms for hire, ideal for community and local interest groups. Rooms are available for workshops, meetings, courses or seminars.

To hire a room, read the conditions of hire and complete the room hire application form. Laptop and projector available for an additional charge.

Parlour

Medium multi-purpose room with table and chairs and a white-board attached to one wall. Maximum: 12 people
Community hire: $15.50/hour Commercial hire: $36.50/hour

The Nook

Small sitting room with a three-seater sofa, 2 armchairs and additional seating available. Includes access to outside area. Maximum: 8 people
Community hire: $15.50/hour Commercial hire: $36.50/hour

Sunroom

Medium multi-purpose room with table and chairs and a white-board attached to one wall. Maximum: 12 people
Community hire: $15.50/hour Commercial hire: $36.50/hour

Meeting room

Large multi-purpose room with chairs and trestle tables available. Includes access to outside area. Maximum: 40 people
Community hire: $22.00/hour Commercial hire: $42.00/hour

Kitchen

Full kitchen with working oven and stove. Microwave, hot water urn and refrigerator available for use. Maximum: 8 people
