Important announcement: The City of Fremantle is acting on the best advice from health authorities and doing its part to slow the spread of COVID-19 to protect vulnerable people in our community.
As a precautionary measure, we have cancelled all events, activities and programs until further notice.
All updates will be shared through our website and social media channels. For any enquiries, please call 1300 MY FREO (1300 693 736).
As part of the City's celebration of youth culture, we host free workshops every school holidays at different locations around Fremantle, including at the EYP. Workshops are free with age and residential restrictions at times. Please check before signing up!
We like to encourage physical activity during the holidays. Get young people outdoors and off the couch. Workshops will be a mix of these and our new Adulting 101 series of Youth Talks. These will be aimed at older young people 15 to 25 years. These talks will help assist you with knowledge and information on a range of topics as you step into adult life. Some will be hands on, some Q & A, some with interactive role plays and you’ll leave all of them with more insight than you started with.
If workshops get full, priority will be given to young people who live, attend school or work in the Fremantle area.
You'll be able to register from the what's on section and the events tab of the Freo Youth Facebook page. On days with extreme weather, particularly for outdoor workshops, please always check this page for cancellations or rescheduling.
