  • Act Belong Commit: Find activities to keep you mentally and physically active by visiting Act – Belong – Commit.
  • CAMHS: Emergency Telehealth Line (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service). Phone 1800 048 636 (for children and young people in need of urgent assistance).

Local services

  • Fremantle Women’s Health Centre offers bulk billed medical and nursing telephone consults for women’s health issues including Mental Health Care Plans, contraception, unplanned pregnancy, prescriptions and prescription refills, menstrual irregularities and menopause.   • Fremantle Headspace is a place where you can talk to professionals who are specially trained to help young people aged 12-25. Help with mental and emotional health, physical and sexual health, alcohol or drug use, and work and study support. Visit Fremantle headspace or phone 9431 7453.
  • Ruah Fremantle delivers tailored, wrap-around support for people experiencing homelessness, family and domestic violence and mental health issues; and as a result needing legal advice and support. Visit Ruah Fremantle
