Instructions:
- Log onto your internet banking site.
- Select 'view bills' or the BPay View tab.
- Enter the City's biller code 93708 and the reference number that is located in the top right corner of the rate notice (see image to the right of this page). Contact us on 1300 MYFREO (1300 693 736) or info@fremantle.wa.gov.au if you do not have a reference number.
- Follow the prompts and hit submit.
- Check your notification preference with your bank to confirm how you will be notified
What happens after successful registration?
- You will no longer receive a paper annual or instalment reminder notice via Australia Post.
- An e-mail or other form of notification should be received from your financial institution advising that a notice is available for viewing.
- To view the notice will require logging onto your internet banking site and selecting the applicable bill view link.
- This notice should then be printed or saved as it will not be accessible indefinitely via your internet banking site.
How to deregister?
- Log onto your internet banking site.
- Select the "view bills' or the BPay View tab and follow the instructions OR
- Submit a written deregistration request to the City via e-mail, facsimile, post or in person.
- Ensure the City has the correct mailing address for delivery of future paper notices.
