Online payments via E-services

Read before making an online payment: online payments via MasterCard or Visa card only and by entering the reference number stated on your notice. A surcharge of 0.5% applies to all card payments.

An online payments certificate error using Safari browser has been identified for Mac and PC but not IPad users. If you're attempting to make an online payment using a Safari browser, you may be unable to access the service and may receive a certificate error. We are working to fix the problem, however you can download and use the latest version of the Chrome browser or Firefox browser as an alternative to make your payment.

Rates

  • in person by EFTPOS, cash or cheque at any Australia Post Office or agency.
  • in person by EFTPOS, cash, cheque, money order, Mastercard or Visa Card at the Walyalup Civic Centre, 151 High Street Fremantle, Monday to Friday, 8.30 am-4.30 pm (NOTE: A surcharge of 0.5% applies to all card payments).
  • by mailing to the City of Fremantle, PO Box 807, Fremantle WA 6959 a cheque or money order made payable to the City of Fremantle and marked "not negotiable" along with a notice payment slip or a note quoting the property reference number. (NOTE: No receipt will be issued).
  • by phone 1300 658 371 using MasterCard or Visa card.  (NOTE: A surcharge of 0.5% applies to all card payments).
  • by BPAY for payments up to $250 000 from your cheque or savings account. Refer to your financial institution.

Infringements

  • in person by EFTPOS, cash, cheque, money order ,Mastercard or Visa Card at the Walyalup Civic Centre, 151 High Street Fremantle, Monday to Friday, 8.30 am-4.30 pm  (NOTE: A 0.5% surcharge applies on all credit card payments which are limited to $10 000 maximum).
  • by mailing to the City of Fremantle, PO Box 807, Fremantle WA 6959 a cheque or money order made payable to the City of Fremantle and marked "not negotiable" along with a notice payment slip or a note quoting the infringement reference number. (NOTE: No receipt will be issued).
  • by phone 1300 658 371 using MasterCard or Visa card. (NOTE: A surcharge of 0.5% applies to all card payments).

Sundry debtors

  • in person by EFTPOS, cash, cheque, money order, Mastercard or Visa Card at the City of Fremantle, Walyalup Civic Centre, 151 High Street, Fremantle, Monday to Friday, 8.30 am-4.30 pm (NOTE: A surcharge of 0.5% applies to all card payments).
