BMX coaching session with Freestyle Now

The City of Fremantle has teamed up with Freestyle Now to offer free BMX coaching sessions at the Esplanade Youth Plaza.
- Session one – 9am
- Session two –10am
Freestyle Now squad members will be present to offer participants technical advice, trick tips, skill development and skatepark etiquette.
Each coaching workshop session is 50 minutes long with a 10-minute parent information session between sessions to help educate parents on skatepark etiquette, understanding of BMX bikes, and safety issues. If you are in the second session, be sure to arrive early to catch this important information.
Key points
- Participants must be wearing a helmet
- BMX bikes only
- Participants must be wearing closed in shoes
- Please remember to bring water and wear sunscreen
- Participants must be over the age of six
- Parents must stay on site if their child is under 12
