Colourful Cultures 2021

Colourful Cultures 2021 is a runway and marketplace aiming to celebrate diversity and inclusion through showcasing local talent, with a particular focus on people with disabilities and culturally diverse communities. The Microenterprise Marketplace will feature a range of talented small business owners with disability, with amazing products available for purchase on the night. The fashion runway will be featuring a diverse range of models and designers, including both emerging and established. Secured designers for the night include FunkN’Soul97, Deadly Denim and Felt Girl, with more exciting local talent to be announced prior to the event.

The event, held by Valued Lives Microenterprise Project & FunkN’Soul97 and supported by the City of Fremantle and Fremantle Ports, will be held in the historic B-Shed Fremantle on September 18 2021. All attendees will be provided with a meal, one free drink ticket, and will have the opportunity to purchase additional drinks from the bar. Vegan options available, and the provided meal is gluten-free.

4.30pm: Doors open, attendees are free to browse and shop in the Microenterprise Marketplace

5pm: Roving performers and entertainment begins, including cultural dance performances
