Come and Try for over 55s: Chair Pilates
Chair Pilates is designed to heighten your body and movement awareness.
This class is for people who have not exercised in a while.
Instructor Christiane McDougall will encourage you in the low-impact class to think about how you perform everyday movements with ease.
