Learn exercises that may help to switch on the brain stay grounded, balanced, breathe better, increase blood circulation and assist with healing physically, mentally and emotionally. Learn some techniques to practice and enhance your daily life. They are slow, gentle and can be done sitting or standing. Please bring an old teaspoon, bottle of water and notebook.
