Family-friendly beachcombing at Leighton Beach

Join us these school holidays for a family-friendly beachcombing session at Leighton Beach.

Calling all children aged 6–12, bring your family along to explore your local beach on a guided beachcombing experience. This is a great way to discover local biodiversity, find out how we can help our coastal environment and have fun at the beach!

  • Date: Tuesday 19 January
  • Time: 8.45am arrival for a 9–11am session
  • Cost: Tickets $10 each, includes morning tea, a colouring in tote bag and a beach bingo card. Book tickets here.

*Please note that children will need to be accompanied by an adult for the session.

This event is brought to you by Perth NRM’s Coastal Capacity Building Program, sponsored by Coastwest - Department of Planning, Lands & Heritage. Our Adopt A Beach Program will provide a fun and educational experience!

The City of Fremantle has partnered with Perth NRM to support community engagement in caring for our coastal reserves for over 12 years.
