Enjoy the outdoors, meet new people and get fit at the same time!
A 10-week course combining the fun vinyasa flow, mindful awareness of breath, followed with meditation, teaching the connection of mind, body and breath.
Designed for all fitness and skill levels.
Every Friday (21 January to 29 5 November to 29 March) | South Beach Reserve | 6am - 7am
Classes capped at 30 people. Tickets will be available until class capacity is reached.
