Enjoy the outdoors, meet new people and get fit at the same time!

Fre-O-Fit: Park Fit is an 10 week exercise program with circuit based class with a variety of body weight and cardio exercises to work the whole body.

Designed for all fitness and skill levels.

Every Tuesday (25 January to 29 March) | Dick Lawrence Reserve | 6pm - 7pm

Classes capped at 30 people. Tickets will be available until class capacity is reached.
