FREO FIT | 10 WEEK WINTER FITNESS

Work at your own pace in a safe, enjoyable environment with a mix of strength, cardio and flexibility using equipment and body weight exercises.

This 10-week FREE winter program offers fun classes, designed for every fitness level.

Bootcamp | Tuesdays 7-7.45 am | REGISTER

Work at your own pace in a safe, enjoyable environment with a mix of strength, cardio and flexibility using equipment and body weight exercises.

Active Fitness | Wednesdays 9.30-10.15 am | REGISTER
Work on your base fitness levels through 45 minutes of body weight exercises, flexibility and strength training.

These classes will run rain, hail or shine – the covered terrace will be available in the event of adverse weather. So pop down to warm up this winter!

Your instructor: Kim Athanassiou

Kim has worked as a group fitness instructor in the Freo community for over a decade. She is excited to help you hit your fitness goals this winter.
