The Group of Eight is the painter's equivalent of a Book Club, except instead of books this exclusive cohort of practicing and serious painters - not necessarily established artists - will meet fortnightly to discuss the art of painting, or alternatively, the painting of art. Meetings will involve scheduled and impromptu field trips to our respective working studios and include occasional social dinners, picnics, art openings, etc.
