As part of The Law Society of WA’s annual Law Week to provide the opportunity for the community to understand the role of law in society, Fremantle Community Legal Centre will be offering free legal advice to the public.

FCLC’s lawyers along with lawyers within the community will be offering free 30-minute appointments.

Areas of law

Family (divorce, children and property); wills and estates; tenancy; debts; traffic matters; consumer law; employment law; violence/misconduct restraining orders; minor civil matters; minor criminal matters; property matters; medical negligence; Centrelink issues.
