What's On

1 October
LEGO for BIG Kids

LEGO for BIG Kids is an invitation to play for adults. Mindful play improves wellbeing, inspires creativity and reduces stress.

Research shows many positive outcomes happen when adults play, it relieves stress, stimulates creativity and improves overall mental wellbeing. 'Mindful Play' as it's called, is a form of active meditation, and if you are building LEGO while being mindful, builders experience all the benefits of meditation... plus its fun!

Lunch time on Fridays (12 - 1pm), October October 1st, 8th & 15th you are invited to drop into the Fremantle Library and mindfully build LEGO.

Drop in, no bookings required.

You can read more about the benefits of LEGO Mindfulness here.
