Mindful Yoga for Youth (ages 13+)
Join us for this one hour nurturing Yoga and Mindfulness class designed for Teens and Young Adults to help relax from school and every day stressors.
The 60minutes will include:
- Breathing exercises to help you with stress and anxiety at school or at home.
- Mindfulness Practices to help you stay focused and calm your mind.
- Very gentle Mindful Movement (Yoga) to enhance physical fitness, flexibility and strength suitable for complete beginners!
- Relaxation as a platform for self-care and to destress.
- Dates: Every Wednesday in February 2021
- Time: 5:00pm - 6:00pm
- Place: Fremantle PCYC, Hilton
