Relaxation & Meditation with Claudette ~ session 2

Come and try (for new and ongoing students from session 1): Learn how to relax exercises, breathing meditation, guided visualisation, goal setting, affirmations, mantra meditation and an introduction to healing meditation, tapping on acupuncture points and yoga of laughter.
