Workshop: Mindfulness, Movement & Meditation

Take a moment to slow down and reconnect with yourself for this Feelgood February.

The City of Fremantle has teamed with Dr Melanie Pescud and Naty Perez Haedo, both highly qualified yoga and meditation teachers, to offer a Mindfulness, Meditation and Movement workshop at a special reduced fee.

Melanie is a qualified meditation teacher, vinyasa flow and yin yoga instructor, public health academic, and holistic life coach and has been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for eight.

Naty has completed over 750 hours of yoga teacher training and been practicing for over a decade with experience practicing many styles of yoga.

Meet likeminded people, join in mindful movements through a gentle hatha practice, as well discuss and learn about key mindfulness and meditation topics including 'What is mindfulness?', 'The four foundations of mindfulness', 'What is mindfulness meditation?', and more. Open to all.

Please bring your own yoga mat, drink bottle, cushion/bolster, notepad and pen. There will be chairs available to sit on if preferred during the talk as well as the meditation practice.


Healthy snacks and Chai included. Booking essential
