During October the City is celebrating Mental Health Month by providing a number of activities for people to stay mentally and physically healthy.
Combination of fun vinyasa flow, mindful awareness of breath, followed with meditation, teaching the connection of mind, body and breath.
Designed for all fitness and skill levels.
