In this case, the building contractor will be working to fix a problem with the concrete slab. This will involve removing and replacing the original material. The construction timeline will be adjusted to accommodate these works, but completion of the change facility is still anticipated in the first half of 2025, this work will not lead to additional project costs for the City.
