Starting this month, Fremantle Library will host Matt Vapor on Tuesday afternoons for a free 8-week course examining the structural causes of, and responses to, homelessness in Australia.

This isn’t the usual way Australia discusses homelessness. Deconstructing Homelessness challenges the narrative, history, funding, research, policies, and approaches surrounding homelessness in Australia, while exploring the question of why homelessness persists. The course is informed by and connected to Matt Vapor’s PhD research.
