Agendas and minutes for council and committee meetings
Agendas are published by 5.00 pm on the Friday before the meeting. A limited number of hard copies of the agenda are available at each meeting and can be collected at the North Fremantle Community Hall. Electronic copies are available on this page and you can search for keywords. A copy of an agenda may be printed on request.
The City is required to publish unconfirmed minutes within ten working days following the council meeting and five working days following committee meetings.

From January 2019, agenda reports will be put back in the minutes documents. For those minutes that do not contain reports, please refer to the agenda and attachments for that meeting.

March council meeting
As part of our social distancing responsibility we strongly urge you to submit comments and questions for the March council in writing, and all submissions will be read during the meeting at normal public question time.
The March council meeting will remain open to the public and you can still comment in person if this is your only option.

If you wish to attend the meeting in person, you must register your intent in person before 5.50pm on the day of the meeting.
Please sit in one of the chairs provided in the gallery and maintain 1.5 metres between you and other attendees, including staff and elected members. Please limit your movements to entering and exiting the building, and using the toilet.
