My Community Directory is a local directory for community groups, not-for-profits, organisations and services. These groups advertise current volunteer opportunities via the directory.
Fremantle Volunteer Development Program
The City has a part time service funded by the Department for Communities to increase community awareness of volunteering and support local volunteers, volunteer managers, organisations and community groups.
The Fremantle Volunteer Development Program (FVDP) coordinator can assist with volunteer inquires, support, guidance, advertising and resources. If you wish to contact the FVDP coordinator, email to set up a meeting: dees@fremantle.wa.gov.au .
Melville Volunteer Resource Centre
The Melville Volunteer Resource Centre has the capacity to meet volunteers face to face and assist placing them in suitable volunteer roles. Please contact them to make an appointment ahead of time:
