Requesting a service can be made online using the Customer Portal for services including:
- abandoned vehicles
- footpaths
- graffiti
- parking
- public toilet maintenance
- replacement waste bins
- tree pruning
- tree removal
- verges
- waste collections.
Once submitted, you will receive a 'request track number' which you can reference if you contact the City later for a progress update.
