It’s time to adjust the way you travel.

The Fremantle Traffic Bridge is closing this Sunday, for up to 12 months, to remove the old bridge, install the new bridge deck and build the new road.

The State Government has announced a series of measures to keep traffic moving during the closure, including additional train and bus services, a free-travel zone, more parking for SmartRider users, road modifications, a new Live Traffic WA app and more.

One of the new measures is that bikes will be allowed on trains between Fremantle and North Fremantle during peak hour, where there is space, as well as in off-peak times, like usual.

Support local business

Please continue to support local businesses during the closure. Your support means a lot to them.
