Celebrate PrideFEST in Fremantle

Join us this November for a program of music, storytelling, creativity and community connection.

While the main Freo Pride Fest event won’t be taking place this year, there are still plenty of ways to come together and celebrate.

A juicy feast of PrideFEST activities will be hosted across our local spaces — including Walyalup Fremantle Arts Centre, Fremantle Library, Sullivan Hall, and Victoria Hall.

From live music, writing workshops, family activities or a way to connect with others, there’s something for everyone to explore.

Most events are free to attend. Please check individual event listings for details on registration, age guidance, and scheduling.

Freo Pride Fest

Freo Pride Fest was a free, family-friendly celebration of LGBTIQA+SB pride, inclusion, and creativity.

It was held in 2024 and 2025 at Walyalup Koort and the Fremantle Library.

The festival featured a diverse program, including—but not limited to—information stalls, drop-in cultural and creative workshops, roving entertainment, skill-building opportunities, live music, and interactive experiences such as line dancing and a silent disco.
