The City of Fremantle offers a range of funding opportunities to support community groups, not-for-profit organisations, businesses and individuals in delivering projects, events and initiatives that contribute to a vibrant, inclusive, resilient and creative city.

Donations of up to $500 for local community groups and not-for-profit organisations.

Funding for initiatives that address specific needs, enhance social and cultural well-being, and foster a more inclusive, connected, and resilient Fremantle community.
Support for events that enhance Fremantle’s cultural identity, promote inclusivity and contribute to the local economy.
Support for residents to host safe, welcoming and connected neighbourhood street parties.
Support for older residents on low incomes to maintain their independence at home.
In-kind support for community use of City venues and reserves.
Rebates that help residents reduce waste and adopt more sustainable practices.
Funding for programs that foster social and civic participation, well-being, skills, and resilience in young people aged 12-25 who live, work, or study in Fremantle.
Funding for artists and creatives to deliver projects that engage and enrich the local community.
Support for local small businesses.
Sponsorships for local sport and recreation clubs to support: club events, equipment or uniform purchases, promotion of the club or other club development initiatives.
Funding to help young athletes develop both on and off the field by supporting their physical wellbeing, education and social connection while they pursue higher levels of competition.
