Use tools to create your artwork from upcycled items, such as bottle top lids, cut-up cardboard, and items from nature, such as leaves, gum nuts, and sea sponges. Not a paintbrush in sight!

Participants are encouraged to slow down, stay curious and give themselves permission to be in the moment and create in their own way.

  • No Rules. No Mistakes. No Pressure. No Perfectionism.
  • Experiment with colour, unexpected tools and your own ideas
  • Make a mess
  • Express yourself
  • See what shows up
  • Guidance on hand if needed

No previous art experience is necessary, snacks provided!

Location: headspace Fremantle – 39 Adelaide Street Fremantle
