Stand up Against Ageism

In this fully peer-led session, participants will explore ageism, challenge common stereotypes and negative attitudes about ageing, and examine how these can appear in everyday life and lead to unfair treatment.

The aim is to raise awareness of the valuable contributions older people make to our communities and to build confidence so that everyone feels empowered to recognise ageism and speak up when they see it.
