c. Promotional period: Wednesday 1 October – Friday 31 October 2025.

Conditions of entry:
1. To enter the competition, entrants must fill out the form and complete entry by way of submitting the form online or submitting completed forms to customer service prior to 5pm on Friday 31 October 2025.
2. One entry per person.
3. The prizes will only be presented to participants who win.
4. The activation commences at 8am (AWST) on Wednesday 1 October 2025 and closes at 5 pm (AWST) on Friday 31 October 2025.
5. Entries will be accepted from 8 am (AWST) on Tuesday 1 October 2025 and close at 5 pm (AWST) on Friday 31 October 2025.
6. Entrants must provide an email address and telephone number so that the winner can be contacted to redeem their prize.
7. The winners will be selected at random on Monday 3 November 2025 and the draw will be conducted and witnessed by City of Fremantle staff.
8. There will be four (4) winning entries selected. Each winning entry selected will receive:
• 1 x Gift card for local bike store valued at $50.
9. Winners will be contacted by email or phone and announced on the City of Fremantle website www.fremantle.wa.gov.au
10. In order to arrange for the prizes to be redeemed, contact details of winners may be provided to the businesses the prizes.
11. Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period. A valid entry is a completed and legible form.

General conditions of entry:

1. Employees of the City of Fremantle, participating businesses (attractions, sponsors and influencers) and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition.
2. Eligible entrants: Entry is open to people of all ages. All entrants under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian approval to enter.
3. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize.
4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant’s details (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter’s discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries and entrants in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry or where the Promoter has reason to believe that the entrant has engaged in unlawful or other improper conduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding on each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The City of Fremantle will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever or personal injury suffered or sustained, in connection with the promotion, the use of the prize or any act or omission of the promoter, their respective agents, employees and contractors.
7. The City of Fremantle is collecting the content and not Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or YouTube. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or YouTube.
8. No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter.
9. The entry forms are the property of the City of Fremantle and will be securely stored in the City’s document management system as official records according to the time period of the General Disposal Authority and the Western Australian State Records Act 2000.
10. Participants agree to make themselves available for publicity purposes.
11. The parent or legal guardian of the entrant(s) agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
12. If any winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to),or does not take or claim a prize by the time specified by the Promoter (within 6 months), or is unavailable, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.
