Neighbour to Neighbour project
The City of Fremantle has developed N2N which is a community project which supports at risk and vulnerable community members during the COVID-19 crisis. People in need of assistance include seniors, people with a disability, people with pre-existing health conditions, people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds and Indigenous people. The N2N project pairs local volunteers with people needing assistance.
Visit the Neighbour to Neighbour project page to sign up as a volunteer, if you need some assistance during this time or for more information.
