The City is advertising an expression of interest for 7-9 South Terrace Fremantle. The property is in a prime location in the centre of the cappuccino strip between Dome and the iconic Ginos.
The premises operated as a restaurant and bar and includes a bar, kitchen facilities with cold and dry storage, with a total area of 200.6m2. Access to toilets for patrons is available subject to some conditions in regards to cleaning and toilet requisites.
The property has a suspended liquor licence that may be applied for by the selected applicant should it fit with their proposal. The approval of transfer of this liquor licence is at the sole discretion of Racing, Gaming and Liquor.
The City is advertising the property “as is” and requesting submissions in line with the Selection Criteria outlined in the Expression of Interest document which you can download here.

City of Fremantle Studios Program
15 Mrs Trivett Place, Fremantle
Bathers Beach Art Precinct, Arthur Head
The City of Fremantle is calling for proposals from an artist/s to secure low-cost studio space within the City of Fremantle Studios Program.
The entire program currently encompasses Studios 1–2 in the Moores Building at 46 Henry Street, Studios 1–7 at 10 Captains Lane and Unit 1 and 4 at the J Shed Bathers Beach Art Precinct (BBAP), all in the City’s historic West End.
This call out applies to 15 Mrs Trivett Place. Tenants have seven-day-a-week, 24-hour access and studio floor space of 54m². The cost is $316 (incl. GST) per month, inclusive of outgoings, charged monthly and in advance.
The studio is purely workspace and non-commercial. Artists will need to commit to participating in one open studio event in the six-month period, should the occasion arise.
The City is requesting submissions in line with the Selection Criteria outlined in the Expression of Interest document which you can download here.
EOIs will be accepted from 9am, Monday 27 January until 5pm, Monday 10 February 2020 (AWST).
Viewings are available at 9.30–10am Wednesday 29 January and at 4–4.30pm Wednesday 5 February by appointment only.
