Lost dogs

If your dog wanders from home it may be picked up by a Community Safety Officer and taken to the pound. The City of Fremantle pound is located at 35 Forsyth Street, corner Hines Road, O'Connor.

Impounded dogs are available for collection by appointment only. Please call 1300 360 666.

Impound fees are $70 plus $10 per day for daily sustenance. 

For lost cats, contact Cat Haven on 9442 3600 as this is the City’s contracted impounding facility under the Cat Act 2011.  Cats can also be reported as missing to the Community Safety Team on 1300 360 666.
