Pet registration

Learn more on how to register your pet with the City and apply for sterilisation subsidy.

Register your pet

To register your pet, simply fill out our pet registration form.

There is State Government legislation in place to ensure control and registration of dogs and cats in our community. The State Government also sets all of the registration fees associated with the control and registration of dogs and cats.

The City of Fremantle is responsible for enforcing and administering State Government legislation relating to pet registration. Registering and microchipping your dog makes it easier for our Rangers to help return your pet to you if they become lost.
