The office of the Justice of the Peace is a statutory position that involves a range of duties and responsibilities – most commonly including witnessing of documents such as passport applications and wills.
To confirm a JP is in office call the Customer Service team after 10am on 1300 MY FREO (1300 693 736) (Monday–Friday).
The Fremantle Justice of the Peace is a volunteer service.
The JP is located at the Walyalup Civic Centre (151 High Street, Fremantle) on the ground floor (next to the lifts).
