This award recognises an outstanding volunteer whose contributions have significantly enhanced the operations, culture, and community impact of a Fremantle Sporting Club.

The Youth Leadership Award recognises a young member (aged 12–25) who exemplifies outstanding leadership, initiative, and positive influence within the Fremantle sporting community. This award celebrates emerging leaders who inspire others, contribute meaningfully to the club’s culture, and demonstrate a commitment to personal growth and community impact.  This individual will have participated or lead an initiative that created impact beyond their team or club.

The Walyalup Legacy Award honours a local sporting club in Fremantle that has demonstrated enduring commitment, inclusive practices, and a transformative impact on community wellbeing. This award celebrates clubs that embody the City of Fremantle’s core values: collaboration, integrity, curiosity, inclusivity, and making a difference

This award recognises clubs whose legacy is defined not only by longevity, but by their leadership in creating accessible, healthy, and connected communities through sport.
