Cr Pip Slaughter – East Ward

Pip Slaughter was elected as Councillor for Fremantle (East Ward) in October 2025.

Pip has lived in Fremantle since 2010, following stints living overseas in Italy and USA. She moved to Hilton in 2012, and renovated a typical Hilton cottage with her husband and children.

Living out her values of inclusion, social justice, sustainability and empathy, Pip has been involved with local, state and national volunteering throughout her adult life. Pip has held volunteer roles in areas of Health Promotion and Health Literacy, Reconciliation and Community Cooperation and enjoys citizen science projects.
