Emergency Assistance

WAConnect free-call Emergency Relief and Food Access Service is here to support you in identifying and applying for emergency relief.

Entry Point Perth

Entry Point Perth is a free and voluntary assessment and referral service that helps people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to access accommodation and support services across Western Australia.


Find My Way

Find My Way is a free online service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It provides information about homelessness services, including accommodation options.


St Pat’s Community Support Centre

St Pat’s Community Support Centre provides meals, showers, housing and crisis support, as well as allied health and other support services.


Library Connect (Fremantle Library)

A St Pat’s support worker is based at the Fremantle Library and provides advice, referrals and support in a safe environment.

Available hours:

  • Tuesday: 11.30am to 4.30pm

  • Wednesday: 9am to 5pm

  • Thursday: 11.30am to 4.30pm

  • Saturday: 9am to 1pm
